What if I need to cancel my booking? We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking by giving 30 days written notice to admin@nannyexpress.co.uk. Please refer to our cancellation policy for any applicable fees or conditions.

How do I book a childcare provider? Simply log into your account, select your desired date and time, and browse through the available childcare providers. Once you've found a suitable match, proceed with the booking.
Can I make a recurring booking? Yes, during the booking process, you can opt for a one-time booking or set up a recurring schedule based on your needs.
How do you ensure the safety and reliability of the childcare providers? Every childcare provider on our platform has undergone a rigorous vetting process. Furthermore, they have provided their active DBS checks, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for your child.
For Childcare Providers:
What if a parent cancels their booking? If a parent cancels a booking, our cancellation policy will dictate any compensation you may receive. We strive to ensure fairness and transparency for both parents and providers.
How can I join Nanny Express as a childcare provider? Begin by filling out our online application form on the Nanny Express website. Once submitted, our team will review your application and guide you through our screening process.
What requirements do I need to meet to become a childcare provider on the platform? All childcare providers must undergo our screening process, provide an active Enhanced DBS check, and undergo an online First Aider course, apply for a Nanny Insurance. Previous childcare experience and relevant certifications are also highly recommended.
How do I set my availability? Once you're logged into your provider account, you can update your availability calendar, ensuring parents see when you're available for bookings.
How will I be paid for my services? Payments are made directly to the childcare provider once a job is completed.
