Before embarking on the beautiful journey of motherhood, I often heard colleagues speak of the relentless juggle between professional aspirations and the joys and demands of parenting. Their tales of stress, exhaustion, and the ceaseless quest for balance were visible, but it wasn't until I held my own child that I truly walked in their shoes.
